Instead, you should focus on your menu. Most people are going to drink the type of wine they like, no matter what season it is or what the social norms are.

There is nothing worse than running out of wine at a wedding, especially if you want people to stay on the dance floor ????. Our team will work with you to ensure this does not happen but a good rule of thumb is to order one bottle of wine per person.
For a wedding, it is best to serve all of the wine cold. White wine and champagne bottles should be kept on ice prior to serving. It is even a good idea to put red wine in the fridge for about 30 minutes before service. Red wine should be served at 55 degrees and white wine should be somewhere in the high 40s.
