“I’d give 6 stars if I could!! We celebrated our wedding with Melrose Knitting Mill in late March and cannot recommend it enough!! Not only was it the most beautiful venue with the most delicious food, but our experience was wonderful start to finish. We had a very easy time booking and touring the venue, and our day of coordinator, Erika (also the most phenomenal woman), was so kind to let us pop in a few more times than normal to show our parents the space as they are from out of town. They were extremely honest and forthcoming with information regarding numbers and spacing which was very important to us, and so receptive of any questions we had during the planning process. Our day was perfect. I’ve continued to hear so many compliments on cocktail hour appetizers, drinks, dinner, staff, and just general atmosphere from our guests! Even with a wedding of 165, we felt comfortable all night! You will not regret having your wedding here!”

“I am so incredibly glad I listened to the other reviews and picked Melrose as my wedding venue!! The building itself is beautiful, there is so much natural light and the exposed brick is so nice, especially combined with flowers. I was told by many of our guests that it was one of the coolest venues they had seen!
Moving past the building, I cannot express just how professional, kind, helpful, supportive, and overall amazing everyone we interacted with was. Specifically our wedding planner, Erika. We opted to do the full planning service (there are different levels you can choose) and oh, my goodness was it the best decision we’ve ever made! Erika did pretty much every single thing and did it perfectly. I had no idea really what I wanted and just gave her general vibes and she took that and turned it into the wedding of my dreams. She recommended every single person we used—the lady that made the cake, the florist, the musicians, the dress shop, my hair and makeup, etc.—and everyone was absolutely fantastic.
I had so many guests come up to me and tell me that this wedding was one of the best they had ever been to. From the coordination to the decoration to the food and all the other details, it was perfect. Speaking of food, it was phenomenal and top-tier restaurant quality.
I never expected to have the perfect wedding. I have heard so many negative stories and I tried to remain realistic in my expectations, but wow was I blown away. It was the best day of my life and I will treasure the memories forever.”

“From the moment we walked into the space, we knew this was where we wanted to get married. The space is absolutely stunning and everything we were looking for. Southern Oaks, their in-house coordinators, are amazing and helped our day go off super smoothly. The food was insanely delicious, and we had multiple guests come up to us and rave about the cocktail hour apps as well as the dinner. All of the staff, from the bartenders to the servers, were extremely professional and wonderful to work with.”
