Consider the pace of a potential wedding song. You must consider that when you walk to any sort of music, it’s natural to fall into a rhythm that aligns with the beat. Some fast-paced songs might make you feel like you are racing down the aisle and some slower-paced songs might make you feel like you’ll never make it down that aisle. Practice makes perfect. Pick out a few songs and see which feels best for you.

You’ll need to consider if the music is a live band or music group or a DJ. If you are able, it’s a great idea to practice beforehand. If you happen to book our favorite string quartet, you might be able to have them at the rehearsal.

Whatever song you may choose, make sure it’s a reflection of you and your partner’s style! You can have fun with it. If you are playful and fun, choose songs that show that. If you are more serious, set the tone with a reflective song. Let us know what you walked down the aisle to or what you’re planning to walk down the aisle to in the comments below. As always, we’d love to have you take a tour of Melrose Knitting Mill. Sometimes pictures just don’t do it justice! Schedule your walk-through today.
